So, I’ve been trying out some new cake recipes of late. Today I make a totally amazing chocolate mousse cake based on this recipe curtousy of Laura. It is amazingly rich and fantastic. Mmmm. Very easy to make, if you can resist eating the ingredients at any part of the process…
