For those of you that wish the Spaces system was a bit more like traditional virtual desktops in UNIX, then this hint will help. It stops Spaces auto switching space on you. It’s almost good now, and I’ve managed to use Spaces for the last couple of weeks without going insane (insert your own obvious joke here).

Now if only they’d get dialog boxes to open on the active space rather than some random one then life would be sweet.
