This is all the fault of the Christian and his office cohorts, but my caffine intake is on the up now that I’ve got teh swing of the IRC coffee machine. As noted in Anil’s blog, there’s a web page showing lots of designs made using latte froth (see the below link - I’m sure Tinderbox’s standard pour is the Rosette). Anyway, upon seeing this I got Christian to teach me in the art of cappuccino making using the uber IRC coffee machine (which is a two shot version of coffee machines as you’ll see in many a bistro up and down the land). On my first attempt I think I did not bad:

A slightly squished star, or as Anil better put it “Chrysthamum Crushed in Wind” :)
