The Internet is full of wonderful stuff (it’s full of cack too, but that’s another discussion). I present to you (via the below link) The Dirty Realists who “perform as a folk duo and a jazz-pop trio with a drummer. They play mandolin, violin, guitars, bass, piano and banjo, and sing in harmonies beautiful enough to crack fine glassware.”

Their music is really good, and I suspect I’ll be ordering their CD once the University do something wild and crazy like pay me. Tom Howell is the brother of an old flatmate of mine, Fred, and is responsible for the infamous cowboy poem.
