Today’s courtesy bike is a Harley Davidson Electra Glide, which looks a little something like this:

When I test drove the Triumph Tiger, I remember thinking that it was an arm chair on wheels – it was so smooth and calm, if a little dull. If that was an arm chair, then the Electra Glide is a plush lazy boy. It’s not my style of bike, but it’s certainly very comfortable, with the plush leather seat. Perhaps a bike to retire to :)

Update: Actually, have ridden it a bit more, I must say I do rather like it. I still don’t think it’s the bike for me, but it really is so comfy for distance riding. But for day to day riding I think I’d rather have back the manoeuvrability and sharp brakes of the Uly – I suspect the Uly has spoiled me a bit :)
