Day 2 of LoveByte Tiny Code Christmas 2023 in OCaml - again, not that pretty, but I had to figure out a run look to give me something like TIC in TIC-80.

The aim here is to keep the render part as declarative as I can make it, which means currently no state for the snow, it’s regenerated and offset each tick.
