The extra warm weather in Stockholm this week has helped justify our quest to try unusual ice cream flavours. In order here you see: cardamom, [spruce-tree shoots]?(https://guteglass.se/sortiment), sunflower seed, and saffron. The sunflower seed reminded me of the Japanese sweets you get with sesame seeds on, and the spruce-tree shoots was slightly piney, but otherwise hard to place, but a lovely new flavour to find.
