Preparing users for what they're about to receive

I notice that Skype on the Mac is presumably trying to get users ready for a hard time. When you launch it, you get this message:

The Skype desktop app splash screen, which has the catch phrase 'Take a deep breath'

Perhaps other products could have this? “Welcome to Word – count to 10 slowly” or such. Suggestions in the comments :)
