March against war in Glasgow
I’m just back from the protest march in Glasgow, where I’d guess about five thousand people marched around the city centre to voice their disapproval of the war, especially after the huge amount of bombing that happened on Friday night. I have to confess that I didn’t stick around for the “mass civil disobedience” that some of the speakers called for, but at least I managed to turn up and add to the numbers on the march.
