Just back from Portland, where I was for a week visiting the Intel mothership. Portland’s a nice place - teh city is fairly quiet, is set in some wonderful scenery, has a working public transport system, and no sales tax - so it all felt vaguely more like a european city than an american one. Was interesting to go and see more of Intel too. Oh, and James found us an excellent sushi/sashimi resaurant - wonderful stuff :)
