Neil and I had a rather nice lunch in The Green Man pub in Granchester today, followed by Tea in The Orchard (how refined are we? :). Whilst there the weather decided to play nasty and have a good hail story:

As you can see quite a down pour. Despite this some tourist types insisted on sitting outside in this, until the point the hail stones where getting bigger than peas and the lightning started. When that happened did they seek shelter? No! They grabbed their bikes and cycled off, it being a great time for cycling. Perhaps because I grew up in Scotland, but I’ll never understand the English :)
