I spotted this story on the beeb web site about tow ex-geeks who gave up their jobs in computing to grow chillis. They now have a farm in south devon (as you may have guessed from the below link) where they grow all manner of chillis, and they also sell stuff made from chilli, including Chilli Jam. I think I gotta order me some of that :)
