For once, the title is meant to be a pun rather than a spelling error. The weather in Cambridge has been fantastic recently. For the first time in ages, due to now owning sandles, I’ve gone numerous days without wearing socks. This may seem like a small thing, but it’s amazed me. I can’t remember the last time I went without socks for numerous days - must have been when I was a small child! But I digress. The thing is, this wonderful weather has a sting in the tail: hayfever. It’s struck early for me this year. In Glasgow I’d not get hayfever till June at the earliest, but here it started kicking in this week. I’ve been sneezing like mad (with the exception of being in a workshop type room in Intel without a window open), and now my eyes are getting grainy and my nose is starting to sniffle. Gah.
