A bike ride through Chernobyl

I remember reading an article in Wired magazine around five years ago where they described the empty area around the old Chernobyl power station. It was both fascinating and creepy. The place looks innocent, yet is uninhabitable. The below link is to a photo journal of a woman that bikes through the area now. Lots of nice traffic free roads I guess, but I doubt I’d make that trip. Anyway, there’s lots of pictures of the place, this old deserted Russian town, frozen in a state before the wall came down. Again, it’s fascinating and creepy.
