Mac OS X reaches 3 years old

I missed it by a day, but Mac OS X is now three years old. In fact, it’s almost two years to the day that I got my first ever Mac, my trusty old iBook. I certainyl wouldn’t have considered getting a mac before Mac OS X, and at the time was a bit worried about buying into a unknown, but I’ve had no regrets about moving to the mac platform. It’s got that nice just works thing (mostly :) and yet its unixy underneath so that all the applications I needed were there too. Anyway, happy birthday to Mac OS X.
