CSI theme music weirdness on DVD

On the DVDs for the first half of CSI season 1, the rather fantastic choice of The Who’s Who Are You as the theme music has been replaced with some other custom nonsense (although the credits still credit Pete Townsend). One assumes it’s tedious copyright nonsense, but it’s just not the same intro sequence without The Who. One assumes that it’s fixed for season 2, as the video to Who Are You is one of the bonus extras.
