fun with osx2x and panther

A lot of subtle changes will go a long way to break an app. I was plesently surprised (not) to discover that Panther really borked up osx2x, so I’ve just spent the afternoon fixing it. Thankfully I think I’ve fixed everything such that it shouldn’t break Jaguar support. Note sure that Xcode is a step forward.
