My car was finally returned by Direct Line yesterday while I was out at the ISLI. They’ve fixed the exhaust and put on a new rear bumper, all very nice. However, the car had been in the drive way not long before my Mum forgot it was there and backed into it!!!! Noooo! Before I’d even seen it in its unblemished state. The bonnet is crumpled and the front grill bent in, so I’m going to have to call Direct Line again and get it refixed.
