My car has been off the road most of this week, due to a horrible sound coming from the suspension since I changed the tyre last week. Finally got it looked at yesterday (or rather, my parents did) and it turned out both the rear suspension thingies (you can see I’m up with the car lingo) and become majorly fucked (that lingo again) and needed replaced. My parents insisted on paying for it, claiming that since they’d given me a broken car they should get this one, for which I’m increadably grateful. It’s nice to be able to drive about without worrying that the rear end of the car is about to collapse, and it’s nice a quiet again. So bucket loads of thanks again to my folks, whom I shall go and get a nice bottle of wine or such to say thanks.
