MacFUSE
Google have released a version of FUSE for Mac OS X. Fuse is a module that lets you load new file systems at run time from user space. Where this really comes in handy is when combined with the ssh file system FUSE module, which will ssh into a remote system and present the file system there as if it were local. Very useful and has good performance too.
