There was a Triumph motorbikes event at Hot Numbers coffee roastery this morning, and it was an excuse to try pick up the camera again after other things have kept my mind to full to want to take pictures. There were lots of nice old Triumphs there, but this yellow one certainly stood out in the morning sun.

This wasn’t intentionally shot for the blue and yellow motif, but it certainly can be filed under happy accident.

I find taking pictures of motorbikes (and cars) quite difficult. Usually I make the mistake of trying to fit everything in, and I think they work better cropped for detail. Here it isn’t a tight crop, but the viewing angle provides an unusual detail instead.
