Crayfish supper
At Wilderness festival the food foraging and cooking team at Hunter, Gather, Cook ran a session on how to catch and prepare crayfish, which are an invasive species (at least the kind we’re eating here) so this is a kind of tasty environmental labour.
This picture could have done with a slightly less shallow depth of field, but I do like the composition of everyone tucking in at the end of the course.
