Here again we’re by the Little Colorado River Gorge, looking for prickly pears.

I struggled with this photo, I’m not sure it meets the bar I’ve been trying to set for myself of pictures I publish, but I do like the scene here. I suspect the blank sky doesn’t help. But I think it captures a little but of how we felt a lot of the time on this trip, as tourists in a barren but interesting landscape that is the 4 corners area.
