A stop on the drive from Grapevine to Amarillo for snacks, in the town of Chillicothe which had a lot of these low slung buildings and lots of open sky.

I like in a small town in a very flat part of the UK, but flat areas in the UK never quite feel as flat as they do in the US, which I put down to the closeness and tallness of the buildings, which pins the sky in that little bit more.

I was tempted to post this as black and white, as I think the building says more then, but I also wanted to capture how bright it was that day.
