This is Tonto, who, the story goes, was one of five gulls raised by the sailors who ferry people back and forth between Skomer Island and the Welsh mainland after they found an abandoned nest of eggs. He certainly has the crew of the boat well trained: he landed next to me on the boat here, before being feed cheese and bread. He stayed on board until we reached Skomer and then flew off.
