The view from Sligachan
Taken from Sligachan on Skye, looking at Glamaig (the left most hill) and the rest of the Red Cuillins.
I grew up in the Scottish Lowlands, and I was amazed at how different the landscape on Skye is to the hills on the mainland: must more raw somehow.
I like the scene in this photo: you might choose to see the hills and want to climb them, or you might just want to sit and admire the view from the table here.
