Sunrise on the last day of summer
Today is the last day of summer, at least looking at the long term weather report, so I went out on my motorbike early to make what use of it I could.
The sunrise itself was spectacular, a vivid red orb appearing above the tree tops, but alas I was driving along a motorway so couldn’t stop, so was content to enjoy that alone in my helmet.Once I got off the motorway I was able to pull up and get this shot of it rising above the fens.
