my name is mwd: photos

On two separate trips have we driven along route 550 as we approached the four corners - this time heading north from Albuquerque, NM and the following year heading south from Montrose, CO.

I’m not sure if these pictures are interesting or not - I’m just trying to capture the wonder of the long distance drive in the South West, which I remember very fondly, and I’d love to go back with my KTM one day and just spend a trip exploring the route more.

My other learning: the fisheye that google street view gives a very different view to my 35mm - I’m getting quite good at my Sherlock Holmes approach to finding where I was based on timestamps and the few sparse road signs I’ve caught in photos :)
