Reflected light
I tried this shot a few different ways, and none of them quite worked out like I hoped - I found it quite hard to nail the focus of the light with the old Yashica ML 50mm manual I used here.
The other challenge was trying to keep the rest of the world beyond the table out of shot, as it was all in focus, ruining the trick.
