We’ve recently been watching the Great Horned Owls livestream, watching a new born owl go from hatching to fledging. As the young owl fledges you see it slowly make its way from the nest as its only domain to sitting on branches, to eventually heading off entirely. As I stood waiting for my coffee at Root the other day I was amused that I could position myself that their fancy wooden light would align with their logo to make it look like the owl was fledging.
