I suspect this one looks better larger, where the gas processing terminal is more obvious in juxtaposition to the beach goers, but with a max zoom of 70mm this was as compressed as I could get it.

To be fair to the gas terminal - they put the beach here. There’s signage up explaining how as part of the agreement for putting the gas terminal here the company dredged up sand from further out (I assume for their benefit) and used it to make a usable beach. Certainly it’s a lot more of a beach than when we last visited a few years ago.

In terms of industrial/vacational this view is nothing compared to the time we went camping in the field next to Sizewell Nuclear Power Station :)
