Meadowsweet
A few years ago we went on a wilderness cooking school where we learned to prep a rabbit and pigeon, and we also did some gathering of herbs and the like, which included Meadowsweet which we used to infuse with gin in a pressurised cream dispenser thing (I suspect those are less common in the wilderness).
Meadowsweet has a lovely fluffy appearance, which seems to have got lost thanks to my close focus here. I’m happy with the resultant image, it’s just interesting how the view has changed its appearance.
