The sunrise this morning was magnificent, but unfortunately I was driving a car at that point. The after glow however was also nice, so here’s a local cliche that is looking nice in the glow.

I struggled with the exposure tweaking in this one: too dark and you lose the colours, but too light and the noise in places like the hillock on the left are distracting. This is an instance where I switched to Capture One rather than my usual light room just to help eliminate some of that detail noise.

Perhaps I need to start carrying a tripod more after all.
