As we walked around the bay in the morning, we could see the gulls all hung in the air over the lighthouse, almost motionless, hanging in the wind, watching for their breakfast in the waters. By the time I took this shot they’d dissipated somewhat, but there’s enough here to remind me of the moment.

It was a tough trade off in cropping here to get both the gulls and the context. In the end I went for more context and hope that you’re viewing this large enough to see the gulls.
