my name is mwd: photos

Normally I wouldn’t like this kind of shot - I prefer my pictures of buildings to be either straight on or at a specific angle, but here just the colour and lighting make it work for me.

This was my first time shooting Kodak Portra 400, and so I was trying to get blue sky on a sunny day, and it just worked here. I was pleased also at the definition, after my problems with B&W ISO 400 film lacking detail, I was worried that I should have got Portra 160 instead, but here things worked just fine (albeit with a little noise reduction in post).
