Fishing into the distance
We made two trips to see the sea this year, just to sit by the water for the better part of a day. We didn’t do anything much other than enjoy the space, but a lot of others came to the sea with more of a purpose: to fish.
I say more of a purpose, I assume a lot of fishing is just to also sit by the water and the fishing is just an excuse, but there were quite a lot of them.
This is one time where my fixed wide angle prime didn’t help me out, as lovely as it usually is. I had to crop this one to get the fishers to be visible (we were keeping a good social distance here), and I kinda lost the shot I wanted. I did have my film camera with me, but those photos didn’t focus well enough. Still, better to get something than nothing!
