Back when I was younger and better paid, I rented a F-Type for a weekend on Turo, and drove down to Big Sur and back. I got the worse sun burn, but it was worth it :)

I was almost embarrased at first, having such a silly car, scared to blip the throttle to let the car growl, but when I pulled over to admire the view, people would come up to look at the car and ask me to do just that. The people on highway 1 that day encouraged me to enjoy the car for what it was, all pomp and theatre, rather than have my british guilt about it.

This shot almost is what I wanted - the car, the coast and the open road, but I parked too far over really. Still, it was a rare opportunity and a fun day, so I still treasure the image for that reason.
