Route 160 into Arizona from New Mexico, where the land went from yellow/green to orange/red.

When it was my turn to be passenger in the car I took a lot of shots from the car seat, most of which are not that great, and I never really liked any of them until now, when I’ve kind of made my peace with them. This part of the world is full of ever changing wonderful landscapes, and I belatedly seeing value in these random car seat shots as trying to capture that.

It’s more impressive how wide the landscape is when you consider this is taken with my 35mm lens not my wide angle 12mm that I’ve used often in shots from this trip.
