This dev board is something close to my heart, as it was my first industry placement at uni, and the people at Xilinx’s Edinburgh office were like a big family (they were an acquired start-up) who looked after me as I took my first steps into a wider world. This was the dev board they gave me when I left so I could continue to use it for my final year project.
I took this as part of my 365, and used a different shot at the time, but I stand my my comments then that the thrifty fifty and the digital rebel caught a nice sharp image. I got a little stick from my former colleagues at the time as the focus was not on the chip that we worked on, but rather the more conventional Xilinx chip that was there as a supporting device. I made sure to post one with the focus on our chip this time :)
