my name is mwd: photos

This isn’t a particularly novel or amazing picture, but I like it a reason I can’t quite put my finger on - perhaps just the lighting bringing out the white of the snow drops.

The shallow DoF here is quite amazing to me. I’m used to using an effective 50mm further away rather than an effective 35mm much closer, so here I’m getting quite a compressed DoF even at F/5 - something that caught me out a few times this morning.
