A photo of the front of one of the old college buildings in Cambridge, taken from the ground looking up so we see the gate, the left half of which is open, and then up the detailed carving of the front with its windows and busts. Overhead the sky is black.
Corpus Gate

It’s easy to forget, having lived in Cambridge for so long, that these buildings are not typical. I really enjoy photos by others of the average in the neighbourhoods, and it’s hard to see it in your own.

This shot doesn’t really say anything to me, having walked passed Corpus so many times, but I stopped to take this as I liked the detailing on the ceiling within the gate.
