my name is mwd: photos

This shot was taken 19 seconds after yesterday’s picture (if you zoom in you can just make out the scooter fading into the tog): as I was taking another go at the composition I spotted a crow flying in, and waited for it to get roughly central, and bam, a second opportunistic shot in less than a minute.

The crow eventually settled on the lamp - I like how you can infer this future from the angle of swoop.

The bird requires tighter crop so as not to be lost, which I think means I prefer yesterday’s shot, but I’d be happy had I captured either of these shots at all - to get both I consider myself quite fortunate!
