my name is mwd: photos

I’m a sucker for anything that has obvious geometry to it, so I couldn’t resist trying to get a shot of this climbing frame. The lighting was not very conducive to photography yesterday when I went my early morning walk, but the colours here popped enough to spark my attention.

I spent yesterday also trying out different depth of field looks as I try to get used to shooting full frame. Many did not work out well, but I the effect here, though subtle, is part of why I like the photo.
