my name is mwd: photos

This is a collection of paper objects from Maker Faire that year - I was lucky enough to coincide with the Faire on one of my work visits. I forget the context for this one unfortunatel, but I like the random shapes and how you can see their structure thanks to the strong backlighting.

The room was very dark IIRC, and so I was shooting wide open with the 35mm f/1.4, and I’m a little sad that the DoF doesn’t fall off more rapidly here - I guess a function of how close I was to the display.
