my name is mwd: photos

This year the trees seem to be racing from summer to winter, passing through autumn as quickly as they can. Several times I’ve spotted a wonderfully coloured tree near the house when out for my run, and by the time I could return with a camera most the leaves had gone. Thus I’m grateful I caught this one whilst I could this morning.

I generally try avoid adding borders to my pictures, a rabbit hole I went down big time in the past, but here I feel the default dark border Flickr puts behind pictures didn’t work with the colours.
